”Cruising from Tilbury so looking to drive up from Bristol the day before and find a nearby B&B. Found the Campanile on Expedia based on price and distance. Read the reviews and thought "How bad can it be?" Well - not bad at all! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for the night and extremely comfortable bed. Close to dual carriageway but we didn't notice any traffic noise. Evening meal a bit "ready-meal" but a great breakfast and late check-out if you want it. Will definitely stay again...

”Omg the whole experience here was fabulous, Summer and Ebony the 2 female staff were wonderful. Summer would go above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. She had a wonderful sweet funny aura about that was so refreshing. Later we met Kieran the manager he was wonderful so helpful and very funny even though he was unwell with flue nothing was to much. Such a wonderful place to stay, very clean and the food was amazing too. Dog friendly and loads of treats a for the dog available and...

”This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

The location is rather remote from the main city centre and the surroundings near the hotel are a bit dodgy, without any services nearby. On the positive side, the Strood train station is very near the hotel, so if using this station the location is very convenient.
