”The room was clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a sofa bed. The lady who checked us in was not exactly welcoming, but the lady who checked us out was. A continental breakfast was offered. Parking was ample.”

”Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service”

”Location was great. I was happy with the breakfast, fresh and stations were well stocked and clean. Hallways to rooms and room decor was tired and worn. Bedding was clean fresh and mattress was terrific. No remote in room, one was brought to our room when we requested it, very nice and prompt. No stationary or pen, and toilet was extremely slow to refill. I thought the shower temperature could get dangerously hot, I thought a child could be hurt if unattended. We brought this to the front desk...

”Nice, clean...fairly new hotel. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Bed comfortable, little soft. Bathroom nice, shower only. Good size room. Included fridge and microwave. ”Spectacular staff!! Great breakfast. Clean facility including rooms, entry, meeting halls, fitness room and pool area. Wifi and TV, which I paid for, was intermittent. I don’t watch much TV but could not get it to work half the time.”

”It is a basic room, but the location is really good. It was clean, but the whole place could use an upgrade (fresh paint, upgraded towels, screens on the windows, updated ac and hot water). Staff is super kind!”

”The rooms are nice. The staff want you to be comfortable. They’ve accommodated changes in my plans many times. I used to live in the area so when I visit this is where I stay.”

”Tilavat huoneet ja hiljainen ympäristö, vaikka onkin ihan moottoritien vieressä. Palvelu oli hyvää ja aamupala perinteisen jenkkimotellimallin mukainen (muroja, vohveleita, kananmunia). Benicia on pieni kylä. Yöelämä oli melko hiljaista, mutta yksi pieni baari löytyi kuitenkin.”

”The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day.”

”Loved our ground floor bedroom overlooking the marina. It was lovely waking up and taking a stroll throughout the property’s grounds and trails leading up to breathtaking views of the bay. One frustrating thing though wa their lack of towels in the swimming pool and bathroom. It took us two separate visits to the lobby and we still didn’t have towels! We ended up staying inside the pool for a while, waiting on maintenance to bring in more towels, and they never showed! It took a good 30 minutes...

”Facilities were clean and the hotel is in a good location near a shopping center and the fairgrounds/Six Flags park. My gripe is that there was no air conditioning when it was clearing becoming too hot.”
