”Don’t stay here if you’re planning to cook your own food. The kitchen had no utensils to cook with at all, no pots or pans, or anything of the sort. Why stay in an apartment that you can’t cook your own food in? It’s pointless.”

”My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more...

”Very basic 5-star hotel, no luxury. I would say more like a great 4 star hotel than 5. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. Valet parking was not available during our stay and also no help with luggages.”

”Been to this hotel a number of times, it now feels it needs ‘something’ to set it apart from its contemporaries in the same area. Paying extra for a corner room, we found the bathroom was less lux than most other bathrooms in similar properties, no bath, under pressured small standard shower etc. the staff remain awesome, as does the bar but In a saturated Adelaide market, with new hotels planned, despite being a recent addition, the Crowne must adapt & make changes or it will be less favoured.”

”Room was very nice and location is good. Spa area was poor but gym was nice. Breakfast was very disappontment, don’t waste your money to this. Only machine coffee and poor selection buffee. No orders from kitchen etc…”

”The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast...
