”Unfortunately, this hotel is under construction and it does NOT state this on their website. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place to stay. The bar was not open and there was plastic draping all the areas of Construction. Very disappointing. Good customer service is let your customers know of the construction going on before booking so we can decide if it would matter to us.”

”I have stayed at this location several times for business trips and the staff is always friendly and helpful but on this last trip they went above and beyond. Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking. The night manager helped expedite this and was extremely helpful as well. She even extended my...

”Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board.”
