Fantastic position Lovely surprise to have modern facilities bedroom and shower room in such an old building We parked the car at the top of the hill so a bit of a walk up and down the hill although we went walking the coastal walk so did not need the car.

Good place to stay across from Fowey with easy access via the pedestrian ferry right next to the pub, and great for the SWCP. The refurbished rooms are nicely decorated.

I am really sorry about the lack of linen in your room, we were having issues with the linen delivery that day but we were very embarrassed that the room was not completely ready for you. I know you were booked in for dinner that evening and I did ask the team working that evening to compensate you so I hope this happened?I hope that this does not put you off staying with us again as this was definitely a one off issue and we are putting new systems in place to ensure this does not happen again. Thanks again for staying with us and I hope to see you again in the future

Lovely place to stay. Not a lot to do but just for a night or two is better deal.

Lovely room/location with issues
Room was lovely, excellent location. One big problem, the water supply was cut off in the evening/morning which meant that I was unable to shower, wash, flush the toilet nor wash my hands afterwards. There was a good selection of tea/coffee but I was unable to have any due to the water issue, which was disappointing. Had the water issue not popped up it would have lovely here, but that spoilt my stay there. Would think twice about revisiting because of this issue which ruined my stay there

A very enjoyable stay in a very comfortable room with views of the sea and local scenery. Great staff and excellent food.
