”stayed for a week with our 3 daughters (14, 11 & 9) in May. good space and facilities on the property, lovely garden Area forout door dining. 10 minute walk to Trevone beach and the hosts let us use their pull along trolley and body boards which the kids loved. great hosts just over the road.”

”Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. The lady in the farm house was very friendly and offered any assistance should we need it. The dog exercise field was great for...

”Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay.”

”Spent a fantastic week in a lovely house with great views iver the harbour and sea. A lovely upside down house with all the facilities you need. Highly recommended!”

”It was a nice stay in Newquay. The beach was only 5 Minutes away and everything could be done by a walk. The house was very clean and also well equipped. Three bedrooms, a shower and bathtube and two toilets were available. The separeted kitchen give us all opportunity to cook.”

”Property overall a lovely place and great location to access places in the area. Pub/ restaurant on site and local shop. It states that there is a hot tub, This shouldnt be advertised as there is a hot tub because there isint. This didnt effect us and our stay but some people may look for this as a option and with it stating there is a hot tub, Unfortunately its false advertisement. Overall a good stay and wouldnt put us of staying again but the discrption needs to be changed.”

”Elaine is a great host. Accommodation was immaculately clean, had lovely views and is full of light. We had a great stay. The bedroom in the eaves does have restricted height.”

”A beautiful beach is just a 2 min walk away. It is dog friendly, our dog loved it. A fish and chip shop. A couple of shops selling Cornish ice creams. Right next to the coastal path also 5min drive from lost gardens of Heligan. Can’t recommend this place enough. A truly relaxing holiday.”

”The property was great with fantastic views. Facilities in the house well catered for. Welcoming touches that we appreciated very much such as tea, milk and the bubbly to celebrate our boys off to Uni and the start of our holiday. The house was great for 2 families enough room to spread out being on different levels, some reading on the fantastic deck area, some in the lounge others chatting on the deck out by the kitchen. ”Very good, picturesque location. Wonderful side trips available. Minack Theatre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, St Michael’s Mount. Lots of little quaint towns to visit. Recommend the Mermaid Inn& Gwenna’s tea shop. Fascinating beach walks & rugged coastal walks abound. Host was very amenable.”

”The house was very small but beautifully appointed. Parking at the top of a hill may cause problems for some but a slightly longer walk was much flatter and we took the car halfway down the hill to unload. All the rooms were decorated with love and both the living room and bedroom were very comfortable. The welcome pack was lovely too. The location was great, with pasties, beer and other treats on the doorstep. Highly recommend, so long as you’re okay with stairs.”

”Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again.”
