The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her. Pizza restaurant was very good and responsibly priced but very slow. ”

We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay. The pool was tiny, so dint expect any actual swimming. It’s more of an above ground pool you’d see in backyards. ”We checked out immediately after checking in. Quality Inn should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this hotel. It was disgustingly dirty, have the lights and outlets didn’t work which isn’t surprising since there were holes in the walls with electrical wires hanging out. The smell was terrible. I booked this in a hurry based off of other Quality Inns that I have stayed at and did not read any reviews. Next time I will pay more attention!”
