Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Added bonus that they had a resident cat but unfortunately we didn't get to meet her. Lovely continental breakfast.

Friary House Serviced Apartments by Roomsbooked - 24Hr Reception
Nice, central location. Quays nearby, so plenty of choices to eat/drink as well as the city centre being right there. Apartment was spacious, clean, recently refurbished by the look of it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the apartment, nice kitchen and bathroom.

The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else.
