This home is in the acclaimed Tidal Walk community in Ocean View, Delaware. This idyllic neighborhood is about a 6-10 minute drive to the beaches in Bethany, DE.

There is room for about 3-4 cars to park in the driveway and garage. Cars may park on the street for 48 hours or less. Guests are encouraged to bring cars to get around.

This 5-bed, 4.5-bath 2,850 square foot home in Ocean View, DE has been professionally and lovingly designed for optimum comfort and style. Easily accommodating 10 guests - with large rooms, multiple hangout areas - both indoors and outdoors, and plenty of upgraded features and amenities. The community features a pool for guests between Memorial & Labor Day.

This luxury home is perfect for multi-family groups or friends reuniting for a memorable week at the beach or on the golf course. The property includes sheets, towels, bedding linens, beach chairs, bikes and more!

Other things to note: Off-Season Specials! Book a weekend getaway and enjoy Bethany at a slower pace! Golf in OCMD & DE courses, outlet shop in Rehoboth, enjoy DE and OC's best restaurants without a wait, and end the day by curling up by the fireplace.

This is perfect for families, romantic getaways, golfers and friends trips.

☼ 2,850 square foot 2-level home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space
☼ Short biking distance to Bethany Beach; within driving distance to other beaches & parks (Fenwick, Dewey, Rehoboth, Lewes/Henlopen, OCMD, Assateague etc.)
☼ 30-40 mins drive to popular golf courses: Rum Pointe, Lighthouse Sound, Baywood Greens, Bear Trap Dunes, etc.
☼ This rental requires stairs to access, so it is not ideal for those with mobility issues. There is no elevator.
☼ Covered deck with comfortable dining and lounging furniture on the main level and a sun deck on the top level with loungers.
☼ Wifi and Smart TV’s in the main living areas (bring your own streaming service logins)
☼ Professionally cleaned before each visit

The Tidal Walk community requires that guests sign a rental agreement.

Parking notes: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars, the garage can accommodate 1 car, and an additional 2 cars may be parked on the street outside the house for up to 48 hours each before they must be moved. There is additional parking in walking distance near the community pool.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Great getaway for groups or large families

Property is very well appointed and we couldn’t think of anything it was missing. Bike-able to town or the beach, and having so many bikes included in the rental means not having to lug our own for a weekend trip. Kids loved the garage hangout area. Overall a perfect place to hang out, play games and relax
