We enjoyed our stay! We have visited this property 6 times over the years and we are never disappointed. The home is in a beautiful area with a pool that is perfect for families. This year we had to navigate Hurricane Erin. In doing so, we found even more places to visit. Frontier Land and Salisbury Zoo were a hit with the children! It is always a very enjoyable stay at this home. Very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Absolutely love this home!

We have stayed here 4-5 times with our kiddos. It is a short walk to the pool and a short drive from the beach. We love that there are beds for everyone and also places to be alone to read and watch TV. The house is clean, and has everything you need to relax or cook. Thank you!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house looks almost new. The pool area is large and very clean. Other than having trouble receiving the check-in instructions, it was a great stay. I would stay there again. The host was great.

Wonderful!

This was our second year staying at this home. Perfect for our family - 6 last year and only 5 this year. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need for the kitchen. Having bed linens and towels (including pool/beach) provided is a real plus. We love the screened in porch - especially for morning coffee. My sister and I even took the bikes for a spin one day. The community pool is a gem and the beach, and all that Bethany has to offer are only a short drive. Thank you, Carmel and Randall, for providing such wonderful accommodations!

Wonderful Vacation!

This was our 5th time using this vacation home. Always clean and welcoming. We love the screened in porch and the pool at the location is an added plus as it is very large and accommodating to children and adults alike. We finally used the firepit at the club this year. It's a beautiful setting to roast marshmallows and fun for all. The Hosts are a pleasure to work with.

Perfectly Peaceful

If you are looking for a peaceful and ultra comfortable escape from the craziness of the world, you need to stay at Forest Landing! This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! You certainly don't have to worry whether or not it will be clean, because it's spotless, and very well maintained from top to bottom! We are a family of 5, with teen and young adult children. There's plenty of room and the loft is a great hangout for the kids. We enjoyed board games, and family time in the very comfortable living room. The screened in porch is fantastic, especially in the early morning when the birds are chirping in the trees, which gives a ton of privacy. This year we took advantage of the private community pool. This was definitely a family highlight! While we always spend a lot of time at Bethany Beach which is only a few miles away, the pool was outstanding, super clean, and family friendly! As a mom who doesn't really enjoy cooking, this kitchen will change your mind! I LOVE the kitchen! With granite countertops, plenty of pans, plates, silverware, spices, and all the kitchen amenities you will need, it is a joyful place to cook in and to get your kids off the screens and in the kitchen. We had several dinners in the beautiful dining room right next to the kitchen. Great family time!! When we had a little trouble with our vehicle and asked the owners for a place to help us, they responded promptly. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Wonderful!

My family had a wonderful week at Carmel and Randall's vacation home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need for our stay. Plenty of bath and beach towels, kitchen essentials and more. Beautiful and comfortable. Owners were quick to reply to our questions upon arrival. Although we brought our own beach supplies - chairs, coolers, umbrellas and bikes were available in the garage to use. The community is beautiful and pool is the nicest we have found. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home. My Pittsburgh and Norway family hopes to come back again next year.

Perfect beachy vacation

My wife and I, along with family, returned to "Another Day in Paradise" for our fourth year and we were as happy with the property and community as we have been in the past. The house is always immaculate, kitchen stocked with every conceivable spice (my wife loves to cook!) We so appreciate that Carmen and Randall leave a few of the necessities to get us started so that we don't have to immediately shop. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out yet cosy enough for family time playing games, reading stories with children and family meals. Our youngest granddaughter, at 22 months, loved the pool this year, being able to walk right in and splash to her heart's content. The community is welcoming, everyone engaging as we bike or walk the steets with the kids. The beach is nearby and we found that going early allowed us to find parking easily. We discovered the Delaware Botanical Gardens; enjoying an afternoon there. This is truly a special house and location and has become our summer family tradition to vacation here.

Beautiful Home

We loved everything about this well-kept and fully stocked home. The owners had everything you could want for kitchen appliances, backyard, beach toys and coolers, bikes, etc., so much that we didn’t even get to utilize all of it, but it was there if we did! The pool is one of the best we’ve seen for families. It was truly the best experience for our family. We cannot wait to book our stay for next year.

Return trip to a wonderful home!

This was our second stay in this property. We returned because we absolutely love the house, the owner is easy to communicate with and the location is great. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a big pool and playground located within walking distance. The neighborhood is just a short drive to beach, restaurants, shops, and more. The house is always very clean and well-stocked upon arrival. The layout of the house provides enough space to accommodate multiple families without feeling crowded. The owner also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, lawn games, bikes, etc. for use throughout your trip. We would definitely consider staying here again! :)

Family Trip

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental. They had lots of things in the garage for the kids. The house is a couple of minutes away from the pool which my kids really enjoyed. Driving to the beach takes less than 15 minutes. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were so happy to come back to this lovely home. We found the home once again extremely clean and stocked with many items we needed. The location, the screened in Porch, the fishing ponds, were perfect. We spent much of our time at the swimming pool which is so unique, it offers so much fun and relaxation for all ages. What compliments 'another day in Paradise' as well is knowing that the owners make it a special and inviting retreat to come to, and they are such a pleasure to work with. We have a Special needs child who normally doesn't like to leave the home. As soon as we showed him the pictures of our previous stay, he was so happy to know he was returning. Yes, definitely named appropriately.. 'Another day in Paradise'. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Excellent Summer Vacation Rental Minutes from Bethany Beach

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we'd certainly come back for a third. The house is large and very comfortable. It is very well-stocked, with every piece of athletic equipment or kitchen appliance you'd need. It is a quick walk to the community pool, which is great, especially for young kids. It is a short 10-minute drive to downtown Bethany Beach, and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, but we have had no issues during either of our stays. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family vacation

This is our third year staying at this property and we absolutely love Randall and Carmen's house, the community pool and neighborhood. Carmen could not be more responsive and pleasant to deal with. We were six adults, a six year old, a three year old and a 9 month old. The house easily accomodated us; the screened in porch was a perfect playroom for our grandchildren, kitchen is well stocked and dining room comfortable enough for family dinners. We enjoyed corn hole and ladder toss which is provided; plenty of beach chairs and toys. The pool was ideal for the three year old just learning to swim, and the six year old, having been numerous times, to enjoy playing with her cousin and going off on her own in deeper water. Forest Landing is a beautiful community; neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood great for walks and biking. Located near Bethany Beach, convenient to nature preserves, playgrounds, Parson Farms with a farm animals to pet, mini golf and ice cream, local produce farms and stands, great seafood markets and so much more. We look forward to returning for many years as our grandchildren grow.

Great property near Bethany Beach

Great property! We loved the townhouse and the community amenities - especially the pool - my kids spent much of our week enjoying the pool! House was spacious and they have everything you need! Easy access to Bethany Beach and also centrally located so it made traveling to Rehobeth and Ocean City easy as well! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Stay!!!

Our family really enjoyed this property. The check in process was very easy and the house was very clean. The house was spacious enough to easily accommodate 6 adults and 3 children without feeling like we were on top of one another. The property manager was awesome and very responsive. We had one issue with the bath tub that no one could have foreseen happening our first night (Saturday). Carmen was super responsive and had a plumber out to the house immediately within a couple of hours to fix the issue and replace the cartridge. She communicated throughout and everything went smoothly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, which was we really enjoyed, especially with younger kids and earlier bedtimes for them. We really enjoyed taking the kids to the pool. They had a blast there and at playground throughout our stay. Both were located an easy walking distance from the house. The house was well located just a short drive from beaches, breweries and the local winery as well. There were also many grocery options nearby, as well as the local farmers market on Sunday in the heart of Bethany. We would definitely consider staying here again ☺️
