”On first glance my room and bathroom looked clean. But alongside the walls and in corners it was visibly dirty where the vacuum cleaner didn't reach. Foul smell came from the pipes. I had to cover drains with towels. Desk Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Dinner at JJ Jeffrey's restaurant in building was outstanding. Parking was easy.”

”Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Pool and gym were great. Patio area with fire pit was a great space for us hang out, eat and let the kids have more space to move about. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others for a nice, quick stay in Lancaster.”

”The location is very good. The room was clean and I loved the fluffy pillows The really disgusting part was the bathtub. I was disgusted by having to shower in a bathtub with 3 or 4 inches of sitting water. My husband felt unsafe in the bathtub. The grab bar is on one corner and he couldn't hold on to it while showering.”

”The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

”Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”

”Very nice big room with a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. Parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was very good with different options every day. The location is close to shopping and restaurants.”

”I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

”The stay was awesome. Our room was musky-smelling but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived but it was well stocked. The hot tub was a definite perk of this hotel and the kids loved that the pool was open until 10:30. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options.
