”Clean room, few dust spots, warm and cozy stay ”

”We had an excellent stay at L7! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we were there for a short birthday weekend trip to catch a concert and the staff went above and beyond! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating even as our flight landed late and we had to notify them of our late arrival. The room itself was beautiful and clean. They even gave us a little cupcake to celebrate the birthday! The hotel is in such a convenient location as well and we were able to walk most places. The transit...

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Sheritta at the front desk checked me in and Tim checked me out. They were uniformly fast and thorough at their jobs and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Both responded promptly to my intervening (and sometimes odd) inquiries using their messaging concierge service. Five stars! Michael and Showtime helped with my bags. I remembered them both from my previous stay - their hospitality was one of the reasons I returned and why I will continue to do so. Five stars! Meli Cafe was great...

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”
