”The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. ”

”Amazing condo for the price. They had everything I needed and more. Even a spa with a FINNISH SAUNA! Only negative is that I couldn't check in before 4 PM and had to check out at 9 AM.”

”Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful. ”

”the condo itself was great. Very good location. Good shuttles, I did not take advantage of. Easy drive to Winter Park. Unit was advertised with ski closet outside and advised to use. Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four...
