”The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars.”

”Super friendly staff that always greeted us with a smile. Always helpful. Easy check in process. The room was clean, in excellent condition, and nicely laid out. Only minor gripe was the somewhat weak shower pressure… Would be nice if they offered some sort of continental breakfast option, or if the attached Recess restaurant served breakfast throughout the week.”

”On June 6, our family stayed at this hotel, we paid $50 for parking at the hotel for one night. In the morning, when they brought us the car, the left side of the car was very scratched, they promised to contact us in almost 2 months, but unfortunately, this matter is not moving. The manager only sent us a complaint number and said that some other department should write gmail to us, but we did not receive any gmails.When we asked to view the cameras, they were told that they only have one...

”The hotel is not new and it is not old. It has a classic feel, and polished. The two adjoining restaurants were good options to just roll down to the lobby and dine. I would stay again.”

”Beautifully located on the banks of the Willamette River, with a spacious lounge and dining area, and near interstate 5, this is a perfect base for a trip to Portland. We’ve stayed multiple times when visiting our kids. Nice staff. There is a nice pathway for walks along the Willamette. Parking and breakfast are not included (parking is a rather high $35 per night).”
