”Amazing! Great location for snowmobiling, enough space for all us guys and our gear! Maintenance was great! Got a foot of snow while there and the plowing was done when we were out. Rooms were great, bed perfect, showers clean. We will for sure be back next year!”

”Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

”Positive: Good-sized, clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location, close to downtown and restaurants.
Negative: Overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast was very limited — low-quality packet cereals and oatmeal, no vegetables, no cut fruit (just whole apples), and a small selection of cheap bread. For a hotel charging over $300/night, I'd expect a proper continental breakfast. Next time, I'd rather book a lower-star hotel with better (and cheaper) breakfast options.”

”Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.”
