”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

”There were only two pool towels in the bin. The pool filter was not on. It seemed dated and kind of overpriced. Water for tea was lukewarm. I expected more for Hilton.”

”The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

”tv never had signal so we could not watch anything. Thankfully we had ipad Stayed on 2nd floor and kids ran up and down hallways well into the night keeping noise!!!!”

”I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”

”Our room smelled moldy”

”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...
