Welcome to Annette’s Cottage at Waldrip – Cottage A (Left Side Only), a comfortable and spacious Hill Country retreat just a few blocks from Fredericksburg’s Historic Main Street.

Perfect for couples, this charming cottage offers a king-size bed, full kitchen, and generous living space, making it easy to relax after a day of wine tasting, shopping, or exploring the Texas Hill Country. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or planning a quiet weekend away, this cottage is designed for comfort, charm, and romance.

Waldrip Cabin is also located on the same property and can be rented separately, allowing the property to accommodate up to four guests total if both units are reserved.

Fredericksburg review

Very quiet neighborhood an very close to the shopping on Main Street. It could use a new street lamp at the end of the street. The house was very clean but the bed is past its prime. The TV in the living room needs to be replaced as it is the size of a computer screen. But over all we would return again

Our stay was amazing. We was celebrating our 19 year anniversary being married and it felt good to get away together. Nothing was more than 8 minutes away and that being a wine tasting place that we wanted to go too. All I can say is the whole experience was beautiful and awesome.

This is a great little property. Close to restaurants and other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. If you’re heading to Fredericksburg for a little get away I recommend this property.

Bucket list.

We've been wanting to come to Fredericksburg for a long time. The timing was perfect, all the flowers were in full bloom, the weather was great, very peaceful, only 2 minutes fom main street. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with snacks and water in the fridge. Would do it again!

Great location, cute property

The stay was great, ease of check in and through communication with the business that hosts the property. The property is in a great location, close to Main Street Fredericksburg. Well furnished and comfortable. The only negatives (and they are minor) are the floors were slightly dirty/sticky in spots, and the mattress/comforter could use replacing. The mattress springs are creaky and worn, and the comforter was pulling apart in places.

Anniversary stay in FBG

Overall very good. Comfortable and cozy. We didn't do any cooking, but it was equipped for it if needed The location is a little from the main St but still very walkable to Main St. The check in is through a property management company. They were good with communication. A self check in would be nice though. TVs should be updated - not able to do streaming services. Also some hanging hooks for towels. Would stay again

Cute place

We enjoyed our stay here. We agree with other reviewers that is needs some updates. This place could use a larger TV, a firm couch, and a new shower curtain. We brought a little grill so we could cook out on the porch. This place could be perfect with a little upgrade.

Peaceful and Cozy

This cottage was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was close enough to main to walk, and much further than walking from some parking spots! The whole experience was very easy, with great communication from the property manager. The road to the neighborhood was a little confusing, but if you look at a map, you should have no problem.
