”Just as described. Everything was clean! Property is easy to get to. If you enjoy seeing deer, this is the area for you! The drive from Fredericksburg to this VRBO i counted 32 deer one night and thats just the ones i seen. First night in the house was a chilly day/night and the house had plenty of heating to keep it warm. Shower has great water pressure. ”This is our second time staying at the cottage and we love it! We love the privacy and rural area where the deer come to visit daily -a nice distance away from Fredericksburg.
