”Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool...

”I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Staff members were very kind and professional. The floors in my room had lots of debris as if housekeeping forgot to vacuum. The shower/bath surfaces were stained. The room furniture looked pretty new. The breakfast was less than what I'm used to and not very appealing. I skipped it all together. The hotel is next to a highway but very tucked away down a hill. The road leading to it was pretty chopped up and frankly the area felt too desolate and creepy.”
