We booked this hotel because we were attending a basketball tournament. Upon arrival we were not notified that there was no hot water for the entire hotel. We did not realize until we returned from the tournament to shower. I then went to the front desk for more information where i was told the manager ...

The smell of the hotel was disgusting it smelled like wet old cigarettes, the floor of the hotel was dirty and disgusting it had stains all through out, there was old food left on the floor of our room and there was barely any lighting in the hotel
