”A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying...

”Check in area was so loud because the lobby was closed. It was difficult to hear over the ice and soda machines. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and the fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. There was a big gap under the door. That said, the staff was friendly. The room looked like it had some updates recently. And the bed was really comfortable. ”

”Hair was stuck to the bathroom door and everything looked and felt dirty. The chain on the door was broken. The TV picture quality was terrible. The shower just felt gross. ”

”We were surprised to learn that there was a $50.00 cash deposit for smoke free rooms. We got it back at checkout, but the fact there was one was not expected. There was lots of noise outside. While our room was a non-smoker room, folks smoked outside near the room, so smoke came into the room.”

”The lady at the desk thoroughly explained all of the amenities included in our stay. That was super helpful because last time I missed out on credits to the restaurants because it wasn’t thoroughly explained as it was this time. I really appreciated all of her assistance and friendliness while checking in. We will definitely be back.”
