”Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

”It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

”Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!”

”The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements ”

”First, the home address provided was inaccurate. When we arrived at the location given, we could not find the property and had to text the owner to get the correct address.After check-in, we found the house had not been cleaned at all. There was trash in the bathrooms and kitchen, and dust on the stairs, sofas, and other areas. Everything appeared to have been left as-is from the previous guests. It was terrible.We contacted the owner right away, but instead of resolving the issue, the owner...

”I looked forward to our stay and had a nice correspondence with the host at first. The place is spacious and the location is good if you are there for the water and amusement parks. It unfortunately did not feel professionally cleaned and various things were in disrepair or just dirty. I tried to mention it to the host but got no reply. ”
