Jersey Shoren lomamatkat

Overlook Mökki, rantapaikka, josta on upeat näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle ja New Yorkin taivaanrannalle. Ympärivuotinen rantamökki on täysin kalustettu. Viihtyisään mökkiimme mahtuu kuusi mukavasti. Overlook-mökki on korkeintaan kymmenen metrin päässä vedestä, ja sieltä on viehättävät näkymät jokaiselle patiolle. Lomasi on taatusti rauhallinen retki. Mökki on alle tunnin päässä New Yorkista veneellä, autolla tai julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla.

Riverfront Cottages hemmottelee sinua saaren tunnelmasta. 60-telakkamme tarjoaa parhaan raidallisen bassokalastuksen. Tule veneellä ja meillä on liukukannat mukavuuteen. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä, vuokrata vene tai matkustaa tilausaluksella, juhlaveneellä tai klassisella puisella veneretkellä. Sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä Gatewayn kansallisesta virkistysalueesta Sandy Hookilla, 7 mailin pituisella niemimaalla, jolla on yli 1 600 hehtaarin koskematon ranta ja upea holly-metsä, jossa voi havaita yli 300 muuttolintujen rannalinnun lajia. This was the perfect place for my family to stay for the holidays! Wonderful apartment with all the amenities needed and then some! It was perfectly located - a quick drive (or we could even walk) to the shore and Sandi Hook along with several restaurants and the Twin Lights. I was able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen and deck every morning which was wonderful! There was a small park on the water a very short walk up the road for our dogs. Plenty of parking on site. Everyone we met was extremely kind and friendly. Entrance to the apartment was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with and was extremely accommodating when we had to cut our stay short by a day due to an impending snowstorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again!

Overall the house was good, just wish there had been more lighting and more clarity on where some basic things like towels were. Also, the shower didn't have even the basic of body wash, shampoo, etc that we could find.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit and we hope to return again. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions during our stay. The location is very convenient to amenities. We were able to walk to dinner and of course being on the water with my boat out back was ideal to meet the needs of our trip. We were all very comfortable through out our stay. The place was clean the beds were comfortable the shower had excellent water pressure and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks again to our host for all that you did to make our stay so enjoyable.

This was our 3rd stay at the property, first stay in this specific unit. The family and everyone around the property are all very friendly. The unit has beautiful water views from the large deck on either side. So close to all the best of Highlands. The unit could use updated furniture. Especially the outdoor furniture since the outdoor space is likely where you’ll be spending your time. But anywhere on this property is the place to stay in Highlands!

The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned property was such a blessing! Clean, well cared for, cozy, EVERYTHING provided for you that you could need to check in (kitchen products, toilet paper, clean comfy bedding and towels, and SO much more….etc)…WALKING DISTANCE TO SO MUCH FUN …. Including Sandy Hook beach days (a FREE PASS is included in the rental for as many folks as you can fit in your car - what a perk‼‼‼)….as well as all kinds of bars and restaurants right there ‼‼‼ I tried to rebook for next year, but Gary has very loyal regular renters…which is completely understandable….i was lucky to get ONE YEAR‼‼‼ So if you get the chance to rent, DO IT‼‼‼ You will NOT be sorry

Amazing Jersey shore stay!

So I've grown up in this area and came back from my niece's wedding and my husband and I decided to stay for the month. The rental is amazingly charming. There's plenty of space and it was very clean. We enjoyed meeting Peter for check-in and it felt like we were already at home. We love sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by, and there's so much room to enjoy your time there! The air conditioning worked great and we also enjoyed going out to the dock and fishing and even met what are likely lifelong friends this stay! Felt like Family! We especially enjoyed walking to the local bars and restaurants. If you came with the pup believe me, it is a very dog friendly place and write down the street as a dog park with bags and there's lots of dogs in the neighborhood.! We are looking forward to doing it again soon, and I would never hesitate to book this property!!!

Clean apartment with nice location

A stress-free stay. We were kindly greeted when we arrived and shown where we could park and where the keys to the unit were. It is on the second floor and stairs are a little steep. Very clean unit with two patios with a nice view. Overall would recommend!

We've stayed here before and simply love the location. Our retriever/pit mix enjoyed both porches as we did too. Had the whole local family come over for a Sunday old fashioned dinner. We'll be back.
