”I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!!”

”Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

”This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again.”

During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night.”

”Pros: Clean, great location close to beach, spacious and quiet, tissues (I love these for makeup removal and just in general. Most rentals don’t have those for guests). Cons: chirping smoke detector upon arrival, smelled a bit musty and we had to close several windows upon arrival. Overall would stay again! ”

”We had a wonderful time in this house. Enough space to satisfy all the needs of our family. Each group had their own bathroom. All the kids loved the small first floor room with TV. Convenient to the beach. Easy walk even for the little ones. Obviously recently renovated or newly built. Owner responded quickly to communications.I don't hesitate to give an A review. Our Belmar vacation will be remembered by everyone.”
