”Clean room”

”I celebrated my prom over 30 years ago at the Ocean Place Hilton. Since then, I have only passed the hotel, but never stayed there. Knowing that I needed a relaxing mini-getaway, the Ocean Place Hilton popped into my mind. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. ”We had a bug infested room. The AC did not work well. Our key card died and we could not get in our room. There was visible mold in the air conditioner and around the room. The floor was rotted.”

”Our check-in experience was disappointing. The standard room with two queen beds that we reserved was not available upon arrival. Instead, we were given the only room available, which was a mobility-accessible room. Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor, and we found a large spider in the bathroom. In addition, several of the toiletries were empty or had not been refilled. Overall, the accommodations and check-in process did not meet our expectations, making for a less-than-satisfactory...

”The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!”

”Homewood suites in Eatontown is a favorite stay of my family when visiting long branch. the place was great, the breakfast was great for being free. the staff are amazing. All is pretty excellent only issue in this last visit my was with the pool. on two occasions I wanted to go for a swim and they were cleaning it. For being open 9-8pm if your going to clean it. It should be cleaned before this time. on my check out date I wanted to go for a last swim and due to rain the night before the pool...

”The hotel itself is fine - a good-sized room and comfortable bed. The problem was that the undersized air condition unit in our room broke after the first night - during the heat wave on the Fourth of July weekend. Being a holiday, there wasn't a maintenance person to fix or replace it. The room was sweltering. The people at the front desk were very apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. This hotel would do well to install a central air-cooling system, as summers continue to grow...
