Rentouttava ranta mökki

Rentouttava vesinäköala parvekkeelta, voit nauttia upeasta auringonlaskunäkymästä päivittäin. Talo on vain viiden minuutin päässä Freelandin keskustasta, 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Clintonin lauttaterminaalista.

Talossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavaan lomaan kiireisestä päivittäisestä elämästäsi: Täysin varusteltu täysikokoinen keittiö, astianpesukone, pesukone ja kuivaaja. Olohuoneen futoniin mahtuu 5. ja 6. henkilö.

No, the room had a musty, moldy smell. I purchased room deoderant to cover the odor as much as possible during our stay. 4 out of 5 light bulbs in the dining area fixture were burned out and 1 was missing from a lamp in the living room. It would be good to have at least 1 sauce pan and a toaster. The living room couch was rock hard. I believe it may be a sleeper sofa, but it would be uncomfortable at best to sleep on. The view is beautiful!!!

It was quaint. Had all the general amenities. A TON of outdoor activities near by! Only downfall, I guess I misunderstood, I thought you could access the water, but you are on the edge of a bluff about 200ft above the water.

Empty paper towel dispenser in kitchen. No soap in kitchen or bathroom. Cobwebs, dirty furniture covers etc.etc. We had questions for Vrbo regarding reservation during booking, no way to contact Vrbo.

Beautiful waterfront. Property is dated and needs deck maintenance and updated furniture, but not a problem for us. Wonderful area. Construction next door but this was not an issue for us. Owner was responsive.

It's a little dated on the interior, the window treatments really need to be replaced, but the view was excellent, especially around sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, and the appliances all seem to work well. Bring your own games if you wish to play any.

See that patio table in the picture? The deck faces west and gets pretty hot on a hot day. There is no umbrella in the picture because there was no umbrella. Period. Looked all over the property for one. Nope. To me, it is that kind of shortsightedness that seemed to prevail throughout the home. The sinks don't drain. There are numerous wiring issues. You park by the front door but have to lug your suitcase around to the back door to enter the home. It's decent inside, just a lot of shortsighted details. The place is being milked by the owner. It is sadly in need of upkeep, repair and maintenance. The place is decent, but just barely. The view is great.

Gorgeous view! Very uncomfortable sleeping though

Well im gonna be honest here as my 4 stars are for the fenced yard and million dollar view! If not for those would be lower. I loved the retro feeling it is not a high end home but an older mobile home with a somewhat older deck but didnt mind. The yard is fully enclosed for the dog. We have a very protective dog and multiple times roaming dogs (not lost) kept coming up to the fence setting him off! The was very frustrating but not the home owners fault. On our last morning at 645 am the house next door being put in( which will ruin ALL privacy of this property soon when finished deck and driveway right next to this homes deck yard) had workers out there starting saws and using power tools. It was rude to sqy the least!! I loved this house so much but will not return due to these things.Ps both beds are so uncomfortable and hard thank goodness we had a camping mat in the car to use also. Gorgeous view though and close to some good food and great local beaches.

Review for VRBO

General: Stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. After our arrival I contacted the manager the next morning. We had a discussion over text and he ultimately he made the two hour trip to bring us some TP and lightbulbs. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile. There has obviously been a great deal of work done at some point to make the house livable and that is good. The cleanliness of the home overall was decent but not great. The manager clearly seemed committed to our stay being enjoyable, but the cleaning did the bare minimums. When we arrived the porches and deck were unswept, the sliding door and window tracks were filled with dirt and mud, the dryer had lint for a season in the trap, and other details that I expected to be in better condition. The home does need some updating especially in the area of furniture to be truly comfortable. I would like to have seen at least a small supply of firewood for the wood burning stove as well. I do not want to nitpick and we did ultimately get our work accomplished and are thankful. I am truly impressed with the managers willingness to go the lengths he did to satisfy those things we brought to his attention, that's good stuff. It seems from observation that the routine care and preparation need work.

Beautiful view and great price!

Home was nice and clean. Manager was very responsive about check in info. View from the house was so amazing and exactly what I was looking for this trip (sunset was incredible!). Downsides: Neighborhood was hit and miss visually (otherwise quiet and nice). Primary bedroom bed was SO squeaky it was difficult sleep on. But I would probably stay here again.

1970's Mobile home

Our group of three stayed here for one night, and while the view was stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. Positives: The view of the sound was fantastic, the property was clean, and the check-in process was smooth and easy, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. Challenges: The home is an older mobile home with a very "retro" ie orginal feel, and while that might appeal to some, we found the decor and furniture to be quite dated and uncomfortable. The beds were very firm and the big bed was creaky on top of being uncomfortable, which made for a bad night's sleep. The back deck also had some soft spots that raised safety concerns, and the neighboring property looked like it was in need of significant repair, which impacted the overall atmosphere. While the price was reasonable, at $300 for the night, the comfort level was not what we expected. If you're mainly looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, this property may work for you, but keep in mind that the accommodations are extremely basic and not updated.

No cover parking -It was raining My aunt passed away and I had to walk in the messed up yard no side walks -could not go through the front door the porch was nice but needed sweeping and the barbecue was fine for one person but I had no fire starter-300 + was way to much for this place it did have a nice view nican I hato much for one person

Bugs and ants

Shortly after making coffee the first morning, we had ants in the kitchen. We never cooked in the kitchen, we only had fruit and snacks that we brought so we kept them in the fridge. The second day, we had lots of flying bugs coming out of the Lower wall at picture window in the front sitting room.

Great views but many negatives

Great views! But too many negatives. Futon was literally falling apart. No toaster, 1 wine glass. Windows were open when we arrived. So many spiders! My sister was bitten on her cheek. Missing light bulbs, dirty kitchen curtains, decaying caulk in bathrooms. Front door unusable, and walking to back door on rough ground where suitcases don’t roll. Drip coffee maker was good. Lots of chairs, towels, paper products but no Kleenex. Check out instructions said to pack all sheets, towels and futon cover into washer but it wouldn’t fit or would result in not getting everything clean. House description should include ferry ride required if coming from south. That ferry took us about 2 hours during rush hour!

The property was dirty. There were ants, both alive and dead in the bathroom and by the door in the living room. The master bath shower does not drain. The sliding door lock is not operating. The view is awesome and that is the best thing about the house.

Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated.
