”We travel to Whidbey at least once a year to visit family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is as described. We chose this house for its accessibility...my husband had a stroke last year and uses a walker. He was able to maneuver into the house (using the kitchen door) and throughout the house with no issues. He appreciated the ADA accessible master bathroom, and ADA friendly toilet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We were able to make meals as if we...

”This is a beautiful home with gorgeous views and a great location-close to everything. The home has very high-end finishes- appliances, plumbing fixtures, linens, etc. Lots of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, lots of games. Of special note is the double waterfall shower in the master bath- don’t miss it! We especially enjoyed sunsets on the deck and watching the eagles and ospreys. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walk to the beach stairs. One of our party uses a walker so we really...

”Suitable for a short stay the place itself was very clean with a nice living room and dining area. The location is in the middle of no where and the property is basically an annex on someone’s land. You can see a bit of water but the sounding views weren’t exceptional. The main draw back was the beds. One squeaked so bad every time you moved a finger that we didn’t get much sleep. Needs some upgrades for sure”

”We absolutely loved this house for our girls trip, and all 3 of us want to return (when the construction next door is over.) It is a cute house with an incredible view. If only we had known about the loud, ongoing construction next door. The listing didn't mention anything about it, and we only learned about it during the check-in email from the host, and the email definitely downplayed the scope of the project. At that point, the trip was already non-refundable...The property next door is in...

”This place is paradise close to home. It’s such a cute little community where we got to chat with the neighbors and spent our mornings sipping coffee outside, went for walks on the beach, and sat around the fire with a glass of wine at night. We saw seals daily and gray whales twice. I’ve rented dozens of houses over the years and I’ve never had better communication from a host than Omar. I can’t speak highly enough about the house and we can’t wait to come back!”

”Nicely situated modern home on a dead end street, right on the water. Walk to the end of the street to access the beach, super pretty and very quiet. (Watch out for loose sand when the tide is low!) We enjoyed the large windows, views of eagles and sea otters passing by. Owners should pull the photo of the hot tub as it has been moved to an unappealing corner of the yard. La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Lynnwood

8/10 Hyvä
"Clean, quiet and modern hotel with all the basic amenities. Breakfast is very barebones, and all single use utensils in the way it unfortunately usually is in most US hotels. Waffle maker and gym were nice. Also has an indoor pool. Coffee is alright."
