”Very nice place. Quiet. The breakfasts are included and are upscale with excellent staff service.
Unless you are young and don't care, make sure you get a ground floor room - the upstairs rooms require a walk up a large staircase, and are inconvenient.
Would definitely return. ”

”A beautiful property in a stunning location. We opted for the cheapest room so I wasn't expecting much, but it was delightful, clean and very comfy. The property itself is home to a really fun bar, which often hosts local bands. It was a real treat to arrive to hear a live band! The breakfast room overlooks the hills - it's the most beautiful setting for dining I've ever come across. And the breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and available if required, but leave you alone to enjoy peace...

”Such a lovely stay at the Gateway in Lenox. Easy check in, room was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location within Lenox - walkable to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to our next stay. ”

”I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options.
The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable.

”This hotel is such a beautiful respite - the lake area with the Adirondack chairs is perfect to sit and relax. Having Mint (delicious Indian food) on site really completes the stay. My room was clean and decently sized. Will absolutely return!”

”Beautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. ”

”A bit out dated but nice area for fireplace during winter overlooking the pool. Rugs need to go in the hallways, they are UGLY! Service was friendly, the rooms are equiped with utensils, fridge, microwave etc and spacious. Hot tub and grills. Recommend”

”The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc.
