”We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman.
