”Everything fun the staff to the rooms to the food selections was amazing! 5/5 for staff friendliness. 5/5 for the room, it was AMAZING! Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud and the food, oh my lanta, 6/5 for sure! Highly recommend this place! Might look vintage but definitely makes you feel like home! Its CLEAN, NO BUGS AND NO NOISE!!!”

”Embassy Suites' hidden cost for parking was a surprise; I wasn't expecting that. I don't mind paying for things that are disclosed, but when they surprise you at check-in, not cool, not professional. Because of this we will not be staying there again.”

”The room was nice. The pictures on the website were a little bit deceiving. The area around the hotel is filled with empty stores, and an abundance of homeless people. Not many places to eat. The Art gallery inside the hotel was a nice surprise. ”

”We liked the interior, the room and the beds. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly. I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work. (When we changed hotel all worked fine) The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso. We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same. The girl at reception was not serviceminded. The hair dryer was...

”We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight. ”
