”Staff member I encountered was sweet. Door was a bit of a pain to open initially. Possibly operator error. Bathroom had a beetle next to toilet. Floor was dirty. Our bare feet were dingy quickly, would recommend slippers/shoes. Halfway through night put hand under long grey pillow, that doubles as a headboard, & came out with sand and other unknown things. Since it sits on top of bedding I questioned if it had been changed. Room was quiet despite proximity to Central & I25. Was impressed...

”We liked the interior, the room and the beds. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly. I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work. (When we changed hotel all worked fine) The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso. We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same.
