If you’re feeling energetic a walk up Tennyson Down will take you up above Freshwater Bay where you will find spectacular scenery, including views of the iconic Needles rocks. The village centre offers a good selection of amenities for those essential supplies, with a shop and popular cafe just along the street, or perhaps try your hand at golf on the nearby course. Beach lovers will enjoy exploring the pebbled shores of Freshwater Bay, which is within walking distance.

A sloped driveway brings you up to the single storey end of terrace property. Once inside you are met with light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is the perfect spot to relax and perhaps watch a film as it has a Smart TV, as well as lovely views over the countryside surrounding the property. Tucked into the corner of the room is a dining table with space for two to dine in comfort. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and a microwave. Heading back through the lounge, a step brings you down into the pretty double bedroom, where you can wake up to lovely views and throw open the doors to a pretty deck overlooking the church. A step leads up to the modern en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and WC.

Heading outside you will find an enclosed courtyard with decked area, furniture and gravelled sun terrace, this is the ideal spot to relax with a drink, whilst watching the world go by or simply taking in the lovely views. There is an off-road parking space for one car to the front of the property.
