Newly remodeled quaint Cottage

Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

We offer a quaint but modern two bedroom one bathroom cottage in the perfect location. Only two minutes from the main center of town. Great getaway! This cottage sits in a quiet park like setting. Sequoia National Park entrance is about a 12 minute drive up the highway. Comfortable queen beds in each bedroom. Kitchen fully stocked. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. EV charger available for additional fee.

Talon säännöt

Upon departure, all dishes must be washed and put away. Please take all trash to the large trash can located outside.
For unauthorized guests the reservation is cancelled and you will have to leave NO Refunds. Authorized guests over 4 a fee of $75 per guest per night
No dogs/pets allowed on the premises. If pet policy is broken there will be a $350 pet fee plus additional cleaning charges up to $150.00.

Wonderful stay! The cottage was very clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the Keurig maker, K cups and sugar/creamer! We were thankful for the ability to adjust the thermostat to stay cool at night. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful setting! Our only suggestion is to stop for groceries before arriving in Three Rivers, as the only market in town has a very limited selection and sells very overpriced groceries.

I wanted to love this place. The cottage itself is nice and clean. I picked this cottage because it has an EV charger and I was angry when we arrived (late in the evening.. very tired) and the EV charger had a padlock on it. After contacting the owners I was informed that there was an upcharge for the EV charger which was NOT in the listing. I don't think that's right. I do not like booking places only to find out on arrival that I can't use the advertised amenities.

Perfect for Sequoia!

Such a great little cabin and location. The cabin was so so well stocked with everything we needed and when we had one thing missing the host immediately drove over with it! The water was quite chlorine-y and hard to get particularly hot or cold, but everything else was so perfect. The folder wit the information was helpful and thought out, and when the hosts heard we were planning to go to Sequoia they sent over so much great info ahead of time that helped a lot with our planning. Amazing nature and peace literally on your doorstep, 15 mins to a National Park, great coffee at the local coffee shop, village store had everything we needed. It was a great stay.

Perfect base for visiting Sequoia and King’s Canyon

Our family of four enjoyed this updated, clean, quiet, cute cottage while visiting both Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Parks. It was exactly as represented and probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. We were easily able to cook, BBQ, sleep well, and relax. We really have no complaints. Enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys, vultures, bunnies and other little critters in the neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!

National Park Weekend

Not familiar with the area. Traveled down from Oregon. The host(s) made it easy getting to our destination. Accommodations and amenities as stated in listing. Exactly what we needed. Nice spot. Third was the third stop on our trip and it was nice to not be in a hotel. Or interactions with the hosts we're very pleasant and their responsiveness before and during our stay was great.

Wonderful stay

Kori was very prompt and helpful. The place was so charming and clean. There were lots of extras to make the stay wonderful and the beds are super comfortable. We loved the front patio for hanging out with the turkeys and quail in the mornings. Would totally stay here again

Nice getaway weekend

Everything about this little cottage was amazing. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We were close enough to restaurants and the market. Neighbors were very nice. When I go back I’m definitely booking here again.

Comfy stay next to Sequoia Nat Park

Had a nice stay with my dad. Three Rivers is the best locale spending time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon and this cottage had everything we needed to make the most of our 2-day stay. After making our way into the park for the day we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Lovely Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is so nice to have a well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious but still cozy. We found the neighborhood to be very nice. Our little one loved the ice cream shop (the line, which moved quickly, showed it was a popular spot. Beautiful drive to the national parks. Helpful information from the host and a great experience. You want to stay here!

We were wowed by the intentional touches in this spacious rental... Everything is tailored to an easy, efficient stay - comfy beds, lots of closet space, kitchen amenities, temperature control, lots of towels. The private outdoor living space was so nice and an added bonus. Kori was quick to respond to any questions and reached out before our stay with details. The binder of suggested places to eat and things to do was very helpful. Easy check out as well. The location is ideal... So close to the park entrance. We plan to stay here on our next trip to be with the Sequoias! Thank you!
