Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and comfortable beds were a favorite!All amenities included, I was not in need of any kitchen item. Neighborhood quiet and safe. I like the opportunity to lock the gate which kept our car secured. Washer and dryer very helpful and large backyard is perfect for a large dog. The orange tree in the back was a nice addition.
