”Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...
”We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. ”This B&B was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, we stayed in the Nelson. Pillows and bed were very good. Cute little pub next door was a nice touch. ”

The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here.”

Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.
