”Very freeway convenient and only about 15-20 minutes away from Santa Barbara/UCSB area. Ample free parking and Carpinteria is a nice laid back little town. Only negative is walks are thin so conversations aren’t very private and you can hear neighbors above walking all night. But for the price compared to others it was worth it. ”

For the price we paid we were given a room with no windows like all tye other rooms next to us and was like sleeping in the linen closet with graffiti on the bathroom wall, the tv didnt work,a teddy bear hook on the bathroom door. No soap or shampoo! Crack head meth head manager! She was high as a kite! I want my money back! ”

”Happily paid an upgrade for premium King full beach view w/ balcony… BUT HOLD THE PHONE. We couldn’t fit two teeny chairs on the one fully OPEN front balcony if you wanted to unless you did some cuckoo, over-the-railing gymnastics maneuver & then sat practically on top of one other with your legs entangled. It was so bad that we LAUGHED… until we marinated on it some more & became legitimately peeved. Thank heavens we were out & about for much of our stay because the TV didn’t even operate...

”We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted Expedia for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer. ”
