Located north of Frigiliana, within a 10 minutes’ drive from shops, restaurants and tapas bars, this property offers a unique opportunity for a lazy holiday at the Andalucian countryside.



Location and outside area

This lovely semi-detached villa is reached via a winding, concrete country lane, and yet it’s less than 10 minutes’ drive from Frigiliana (3.7 km) itself and just 20 minutes from the coast at Nerja and its’ sandy beaches (11 km). Upon arrival, your eye will directly catch the magnificent views out over the surrounding landscape and out to the Mediterranean. The garden is a wealth of flowers, plants, bushes and trees and offers several sitting areas. There is a private pool (4m x 3m and 1.70m deep) and an adjacent sun terrace with 4 sun loungers, whilst the barbeque area is the right place to entertain your selves at night maybe enjoying a sangria under starry skies. A full shower is placed is conveniently placed under the pool terrace.



Inside and lay-out

The villa is comfortably equipped, not luxurious but just correct, with satisfactory facilities. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen / dining room with direct access to a large terrace which makes dining outside easy. The kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, 4 rings gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The washing machine is placed in the garden shower room. The cosy living room is equipped with 2 sofas, open fireplace for the cooler days in off-season and a large flat screen TV with satellite reception.



Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and wash basin.
