Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 115cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, while there are 2 steps leading up to the pool, and the pool itself has ladder access. This can be seen clearly in the images. This is a ground-floor property, where the door leading to the kitchen/lounge is 86cm wide.
