”I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!”

”Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!”

”Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean”
