”I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!”

”Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!”

”This location and particularly the balcony view, exceeded my expectations! There were great touches, including updated fixtures and decor, new bedding, and linens, plenty of towels and comfortable sheets. When we arrived, the place was impeccably clean, and that is saying some thing from me. The patio furniture on the balcony was perfect, so that the spectacular view could be taken advantage of. I have pictures of groups of dolphins that I took directly from the balcony. This was an awesome...
