”Room was not good . Not as described on the website. Not even body wash topped upped in the washroom. Room was not good. The tv and appliances were old. No essential supplies ”

”Stayed here recently. The parking was very convenient, with spots right in front of the room which made unloading luggage easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. However, the room had a noticeable dusty smell throughout the stay, which made it feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. Overall, service and parking were good, but the room condition could definitely be improved.”

”I was upgraded at my most recent stay and room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue with room was that the mini fridge was not working. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a number of options and tasted good.”

”Check in process and staff member efficient and friendly. Room very clean. Game and TV room geat idea. Pillowcase did have an odor of cigar smoke. Mechanical noise from below our room made difficult to sleep.”

”The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. ”

”Second night stay, room smelled like sewage. Got a second room and bathroom had sewage smell. The gym equipment is broken and barely works. Cables snapped off. Should Not advertise fitness room If the equipment doesn’t work or isn’t maintained. Staff was excellent and food is good. Would stay again but prefer rooms that smell good. ”

”Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. ”

”Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! The house was built in 1826 and is almost 200 years old, but it has been kept in great condition. The place was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. It feels like a museum, and you can tell the owner has great taste in art and decoration. I really enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to others.”

”The rooms we’re very outdated that Jacuzzi tub look like it had cracks in the bottom and the laminate floor was bubbling up from water damage”

”Newly renovated rooms and hotel with breakfast and a pool helped us select this hotel in Brockville. Location is great, and renovations are certainly underway, but not complete. The front office is in a guest room temporarily and the main floor is in full renovation mode. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, however, clearly understaffed at the moment with the additional needs and changes for guests. Thankfully the pool remained open and the breakfast...

”The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future”
