”“Good” is an exaggeration, stay away from this place. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Be prepared to walk up to 4 floors to your room with luggage. No elevators, No reception desk. It’s got an old weird smell combined with a strong smell of bleach. Have you ever had a bad experience checking into an AirBnb? well this is worse. For $30 more a night choose any other place.”

”We have stayed here a few other times. Its close to family which is fantastic. Its just a bit outside of downtown Denver and if you are ambitious you can walk there. The neighborhood is very walkable, i go everywhere on foot. There are 2 groceries 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Yoga, coffee shops, parks, indie restaurants and boutiques all 1 to 15 minutes walking. The bus line is just up the street.
