”Poor management. We asked to have our room cleaned after the 3rd night. Didn’t happen. When we checked out after the 5th night, I informed them that our room still hadn’t been cleaned even though we spoke with them AND left a make up room door hanger on door for two days.
We booked a room for 3 with our child sleeping on the hide a bed. In addition to the couch being worn and stained, we received no linens. We didn’t say anything about this poor condition to management figuring we would get...
