”The staff took my id upon check in and didn’t return it. Due to exhaustion I didnt realize until after we had left town. Now I am without a license traveling. The pictures of this hotel are plus 10 years old at least the room was very outdated, paper thin walls, creaky floors and half working air conditioning. Will not ever stay here again”

”Clean room, comfy bed, nice breakfast”

”Polite staff. Rooms are clean; mines had a mini fridge and microwave. Vending machines are well stocked. Breakfast is provided with a variety of items to choose from. Lobby and dining area is spacious. Well lit parking lot. I enjoyed my stay. ”

” Everything was great! Exception staff with fast check in a d rooms were clean and value well worth the stay.”

”The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. ”

”Due to the unique nature of the property and how old it is, the room and bathroom is small. With that being said, the property is filled with with history and is very quaint.”

”I loved this cute hotel. It is so historic and the elevator is definitely an experience! The staff was amazing and so lovely. I would 100% go again. And as a female traveler with my partner we felt extremely safe and welcomed. ”

”Great property within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, restaurant and bar onsite. Backs to a creek with bike/walk path. Roomy lobby and main area patio for morning coffee or relaxing if traveling with a small group.”

”Would not stay here again. When we arrived our room had a very funny smell. The whole hotel smelled chemically and floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Hot tub had some kind of residue on the sides and a strong chemical odor. Pool had a weird odor too. Felt like the hotel needed a remodel. Lots of damage on the furniture and walls. Also on the weekends breakfast wasn't served til 7 which felt late.”

”We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again.”
