”Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them. The massive fridge was able to hold all our Palisade peaches too!”

”Cottage was clean and a/c worked great! Located in a residential area meant driving to stores and restaurants. I didn’t cook any meals so I didn’t miss not having a dishwasher. I will stay here again in the future.”

”Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...
