”The Birchwood Lodge was a nice choice for staying in sister Bay Wisconsin. We enjoyed the spacious room our room overlooked the pool on the second floor and there is also plenty of other amenities available on property. We would stay here again.”
”Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...
”This was a last minute trip for my wife and I. We booked a night at Gordon Lodge very quickly the morning we left and were hoping we made a good choice. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with our pick. Very nice resort! Very clean cabin. We had dinner at the lodge that night and the food and atmosphere were great! The next morning we had breakfast there as well. What a fantastic breakfast! We'll be staying Gordon Lodge again the next time we come to Door County.”
”Loved the Pine room. Very nice size for family of 4. Beautiful bathroom with huge twin shower and separate soaking tub. The bed in the main bedroom was pretty worn out so we didn’t get the best nice sleep, but overall really enjoyed the property and our stay here!

”We had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan from our room's window. The Lake was close to the building so the sound of the waves could lull us to sleep. The windows opened to allow fresh air into the room.

”Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change!
Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout....
