Summary:

Welcome to our unique 2-level villa with private pool and sea views in the lovely Torreblanca district of Fuengirola.



The private villa is only a few minutes walk from Torreblanca Train Station and nearest grocery store as well as restaurants and bars, the beach is only 10 min away. There is free parking outside the house as well as a playground for children close by. There is also a free shopping bus to the big Miramar shopping center near the villa.



The Space:

The villa in Fuengirola consists of a large and stylishly decorated living room with a fireplace, a dining area with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened mat with a single bed and 2 extra beds if required. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, where the master bedroom upstairs has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a connecting bathroom with a shower, and there is a bedroom downstairs consisting of 3 beds in the form of 1 bunk bed and a single bed additionally.



There is a large patio with chairs and tables for the whole family, where you can barbecue and have a good time with the whole family. The large and serviced swimming pool is completely private, and there are comfortable sun loungers to use!



The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.



The apartment is also furnished with a smart TV, and guests have to log in with their own credentials. Satellite channels are not available



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Other Things to Note:

-There is a weekly scheduled cleaning of the private pool. Please note that maintenance needs to have access during this time.

-The 4th "bedroom" is a sleeping niche, separated with a curtain.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
