”I need 5 more stars to review this magical stay. Being inside Casa Arrona is like being in a sanctuary, and the staff is above and beyond helpful and accommodating. I had no idea when I decided to stop by the communal table during breakfast hours, that I would be served the best breakfast of my life. I was so grateful that they were able to arrange my transportation and follow up so promptly with any questions I had. What an absolute dream, and an honor to stay there. I cannot wait to return.”

”We were slightly underwhelmed by this apartment rental. There is a lot of potential but we found several flaws that affects our overall rating:
1) there is a coffee maker but no filters and no completely coffee;
2). They cover the shower and bathroom drain with a plastic lid, to keep cockroaches from coming through the pipes. We did not realize that, and almost flooded the bathroom.
3) We found a large cockroach in the room because we forgot to replace the cover(s).
4) the headboards for...

”This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. It’s centrally located, making it easier to explore the city yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a much-needed nights sleep after a full day of sightseeing.
The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile, made us feel generally welcome, but the bar especially stood out. They were attentive, friendly, and created a warm and inviting experience.

”Room:
The junior suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was some neighboring loud music noise from the day of the dead festivities but it would be a lot louder closer to the city center and probably not an issue for most of the year. Potable water is provided.
Food:
Continental breakfast was included but limited so we ordered a la carte dishes for breakfast. Simple dinner menu items are available.
Staff: everyone was very helpful including the concierge service.
