”The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. ”Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. This was our third visit to this hotel, we are planning for our fourth ”

”En primer lugar destacar la excelencia del personal tanto en recepción como en el buffet y camareras piso. El único problema destacable ha sido que la habitación no poseía cortinas opacas del todo eran bastante translúcidas con lo cual pues no pude descansar correctamente en un principio aunque gracias al personal de habitaciones , en concreto a la subgovernanta, pusieron otra cortina extra y pude descansar. ”Hotelli korkeatasoinen. Iltaohjelma, showesitykset ja showroom hyvät. Ruoka erinomaista ja lihat ja kalat paistettiin asiakkaan toiveiden mukaan ja asiakkaan läsnä ollessa. Ruuan tuoreus iso plussa! Palvelu ravintolassa ja koko hotellissa huippuluokkaa. Voin suositella.”

”The hotel offers excellent value for money with lots of choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It’s a good walk to the nearest sandy beach & into town however it’s easy & cheap to jump in a taxi. ”

”Hotelli oli mukava ja siisti. Aamupala oli hyvä. Uima-allas ei ollut lämmitetty mutta samassa hotelli kompleksissa oli pienempi lämmitetty alla jossa lapset tykkäsivät uida. Sijainti oli loistava. Ehdottomasti voisimme mennä uudelleen.”
