”Nice beach located in front of the hotel but unfortunately that's it. Not even close to being a five star hotel at any European scale. Partly very rude service and restaurant quality a mere joke, especially as they did not even keep them open. Location was not problem to us but good to keep in mind that it is 2.5km away from Corralejo centre, and in the middle of unfinnished and abandoned huge shopping centre construction area.”

”Siisti hotelli ja ystävällinen ja erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Iltaisin ei kuulunut klo 23 jälkeen oikeastaan mitään, joten nukkuminen onnistui todella hyvin lapsiltakin. Uima-altaat pidettiin hyvässä kunnossa ja puhdistettiin päivittäin. Erityisen hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaikki ravintolat ja kaupat. Hotellilla mukavaa ohjelmaa. Tänne voi mennä toistekin!”

”Hotelli korkeatasoinen. Iltaohjelma, showesitykset ja showroom hyvät. Ruoka erinomaista ja lihat ja kalat paistettiin asiakkaan toiveiden mukaan ja asiakkaan läsnä ollessa. Ruuan tuoreus iso plussa! Palvelu ravintolassa ja koko hotellissa huippuluokkaa. Voin suositella.”

”We were a one week holiday in Elba Carlota the hotel. Holiday in the hotel started catastrophically and score could not have been one, but fortunately all things repaired and at the end all things was well. We went to the hotel and we were promised a sunny room but the room would have been just a sunny early in the morning otherwise completely in the shade. ”Nice complex, its a little tired looking but it was clean, the little bungalows are great, spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast so i can't comment on that. The pool is great, freezing but great. We were there the end of march so the pool might feel a bit warmer in the summer months. Its close to the center, takes about 10 mins to walk to the main center and a beautiful beach. If you turn left you're about 4 minute walk to a few great bars and restaurants. Would...

”Great value for money, nice pool area with a pool bar, all rooms are renovated and look really fresh. Can also recommend the breakfast buffet, there were lots to choose from. The hotel is located on the northern cape of Corralejo, so if the weather is really windy it might be a bit disturbing. Hotel staff is really friendly and made everything to fulfill our wishes. ”
