”Nice beach located in front of the hotel but unfortunately that's it. Not even close to being a five star hotel at any European scale. Partly very rude service and restaurant quality a mere joke, especially as they did not even keep them open. Location was not problem to us but good to keep in mind that it is 2.5km away from Corralejo centre, and in the middle of unfinnished and abandoned huge shopping centre construction area.”

”Super freundliches Personal, sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Zu unserer Reisezeit (mitte Dezember) keine Platzprobleme am Pool oder beim Essen. Sehr Familienfreundlich, daher auch ab und zu etwas lauter im Speiseraum oder am Pool. Wen dies Stört, sollte sich im Hotelbereich der nur für Erwachse ist aufhalten. Wir hatten eine Super Woche und nichts zu Meckern. Deutsch wird jedoch nur an der Rezeption teilweise gesprochen.”

”Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella.
